Who we are
StarterLens is a local SEO agency. This policy covers starterlens.com and the emails you send to any address on that domain.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, we hold your email address and whatever you put in the message, including any files you attach.
- Website visits. The site does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. Add an analytics tool later and this section changes with it.
- What we do not collect. No accounts, no passwords, no payment details on this site. Card payments, when they happen, go through a payment provider.
How we use it
- To reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare your audit.
- To provide and invoice work you have agreed to.
- To keep records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you emailed us.
Who sees it
Service providers we use to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Resend sends and receives email for our domain.
- Our hosting provider serves this website.
We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Client work and correspondence: [retention period, e.g. 24 months] after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for tax or accounting. Audit requests from businesses that do not become clients: [e.g. 6 months]. Ask us to delete your information earlier and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Ask us to stop emailing you. A reply saying stop is enough, and we will not email you again about work.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Font and icon files load from third party CDNs, which may see the request as part of serving the file.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
